What is Calculation of Bonus at the time of paying?

Eligible employees drawing wages up to Rs.10,000/- per month & less.
For calculation purposes Rs. 3,500/- per month maximum will be taken even if an employee is drawing up to Rs. 10,000/- per month i.e. only Basic & DA. (As per section 12)
